For special cabinetry orders, i.e. cabinetry not described and pictured in a current Collins catalog, the company submits engineering drawings for the salon customer to approve before the materials are ordered and actual manufacturing commences. This approval process gives the salon owner, the distributor, and Collins the assurance that there is no confusion or misunderstanding as regards sizes, features, or colors. This assures you that all of your expectations will be met ... and it assures you that there will be NO SURPRISES when your new equipment arrives. |
